May include shamanic journeying and grounding, medicine songs, Rapé and Mapacho, work with spirit and animal guides, clearing cords of attachment, and Western modalities including timeline therapy, NLP, clinical hypnotherapy and bilateral stimulation.

Strategic Psychotherapy & Clinical Hypnotherapy

Two halves of one practice. The first finds the pattern of thinking that keeps a problem alive. The second works at the level where that pattern actually changes.
Knowing something is not good for you has never been enough to stop doing it. The work identifies what your mind is doing to maintain the difficulty, then uses therapeutic suggestion and hypnosis to rehearse a different response until it becomes the automatic one. Used for anxiety, depression, trauma responses, overeating, OCD, performance blocks and pain management. Complementary support, not a substitute for medical or psychological care; for OCD it sits alongside evidence-based treatment such as CBT with exposure and response prevention rather than replacing it.

Parts of a person can go missing through trauma. The work is to travel and bring those pieces back, and there is drumming involved. A piece only returns when you are ready to hold it.

Recommended over doing either alone. For deep fatigue, heaviness, or a sense of being fragmented. Saves $70 against booking the two separately.

Not a healing. The beginning of a path, for those who feel drawn toward the practice itself rather than toward fixing something.
Shamanism is the relationship between the land, the people and the spirits, and it goes back a very long way. This is the traditional opening of that door, with the plant medicines that are legal here in Australia.
